Preferred terms

In order to improve translation quality and maintain consistency in translations, I would like to propose presenting a dynamic set of preferred terms as suggestions when doing translations.

This list should be maintained by the core translators and should consist of a lookup from English term to the target language. For example the lookup for 'post' and 'de' (German) should return 'Artikel' and lookup for 'post' and 'es' (Spanish) should return 'artículo'.

An example of the use case is that in Dutch, one could translate 'save' (verb) as:
- 'sla op' (command)
- 'opslaan' (infinitive)
- 'bewaar' (command)
- 'bewaren' (infinitive)

All are valid, but for consistency, one has to be suggested as a preference in order to guide the translator in the correct direction.

Another example is that the term 'post' should be translated to 'artikel' but the term 'post a comment' should be translated to 'voeg commentaar toe'.

For ease of implementation, both can appear as suggestion but the more specific term at the top of the list. This list could be offered fixed size, the same height as the translation input text area, but with a vertical scroll bar.

When a string is translated, on the right next to the input text area, these preferred terms should appear when the English version is in the original string.

Of course the list of preferred terms should be kept to a minimum, but each language has a challenge of translating computer terms in which beginning translators make many mistakes that can be prevented with a mechanism as described here.

Therefore, implementing this feature request will improve consistency and quality.
