Description

The new system (glotpress) requires javascipt compared to the old system where it was just plain html.

I've disabled javascript by default as it eats bandwidth on my slow connection when loading a site. Every time I want to translate strings within wordpress.com I have to reenable javascript just to work with the system.

What about some fallback solution that doesn't require the use of javascript to work properly?
