Description

As far as I remember the old wordpress.com translation system offered the possibility to leave a comment for other translators within every string.

This was very useful as we used it to leave a hint when we found out if the string belonged to wordpress.com/bbPress. When we had a long discussion about a particular string within the forums, we pasted the URL of the discussion within the string's comment. When a translator was not sure if the string is translated properly he/she mentioned that within the comment.

Wouldn't it be possible to get that comment textfield back? Maybe within the details screen?

I suggest one more thing: option to leave a comment visible to translators of all languages, not just to translators of that locale. This would be useful especially for wp.com since there are private files and not everyone can guess what context string have, so if someone finds out he could easily write a note for others.

It makes sense to have comments for both the original string and individual translations.
